Andy Flack has 41 years’ experience as a State of Texas licensed real estate broker. Mr. Flack specializes in the land, timberland, and high profile real estate business. Most clients are corporate industrial owners, developers, TIMO’s, REIT’s, private equity groups, and high net-worth individuals and families. His responsibilities include market and property analysis, and assisting clients with acquisition and disposition. Research, evaluation, technical support, and strategic planning are also inherent to Mr. Flack’s field and scope of services. Mr. Flack has consulted and/or directed sales of over 1,000,000+ acres in Texas since 2000. His reputation, through his experience in the land industry, is widely acclaimed. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Agribusiness with over 40 post-graduate hours in real estate economics. He holds the prestigious title as an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute. Mr. Flack has also held a license as a State of Texas General Certified Appraiser. His current community involvement includes serving on the board for the Texas Forestry Association, of which he is also a lifetime member. Mr. Flack also serves on the board of Restore Texas Ministries and has previously served several years on the school board for Alpha Omega Academy.
