Taylor Heithold : Mossy Oak Properties Rural Land Investments

Taylor Heithold joined the Mossy Oak Properties - Rural Land Investments team of land specialists in July 2025, although he is not new to land brokerage. He brings with him a strong background in finance, habitat management and a lifelong passion for the outdoors. From a young age, Taylor’s love for land and wildlife has shaped both his personal and professional life. After earning a BBA in Finance from NC State, Taylor chose to follow his passion by attending Swan Mountain Wilderness Guide School in Montana. He then moved to the Midwest, where he spent over a decade guiding hunts and fishing trips across the country. His extensive guiding experience includes everything from pheasant, quail, whitetail deer, and turkey to waterfowl, walleye, and striped bass. Taylor also founded and operated a successful striper fishing guide service in South Carolina, as well as a snow goose hunting outfitter in South Dakota. Today, Taylor channels that same passion into land brokerage. With over ten years of hands-on land management experience, he’s committed to helping clients unlock the full potential of their property—whether recreational, agricultural, timberland, or homes with acreage. He understands that, for many, buying or selling a piece of land is one of the biggest decisions they will ever make. That's why his goal is to build lasting relationships, earn his clients' trust, and be there from start to finish.
