Ranch Description

Situated at the confluence of the Colorado River and Willow Creek, the 158-acre Confluence Ranch offers rare, private world-class fly-fishing less than two hours from Denver, 20 minutes from Winter Park and one hour to many other resort destinations, yet it truly provides escape from everyday life. The property includes approximately a 1/2 mile of both sides of the Colorado River and another 1/4 mile of Willow Creek, a tailwater fishery. Water rights are included to irrigate hay fields and to create ponds for additional fishing, waterfowl, and wildlife habitat. The river corridor is lined with spruce, pines, and cottonwoods, and there are also large meadows and gentle sloping hillsides affording views of the surrounding mountains.
