The remainder of the acreage was planted in 2017 and has a well stocked plantation on approximately 40-50 additional acres. The remainder of the Flat Creek bottomland area will return with natural mixed timber.
The area holds a good population of deer and hogs with the shallow water sloughs containing some wood ducks in the wet season. An area was recently cleared for a potential rv or camping spot as well as some rough trails and shooting lanes that can be maintained in the future with a brush hog.
No electricity is on site however access to electricity is approximately 1/2 mile down the Firetower road.
Directions: From Sikes take hwy 126 east for 3.4 miles to Firetower road, take a right and proceed 1.25 miles to the RecLand sign and the deeded access to the tract. Follow to the freshly cleared camp spot.
