This historic 747 acre ranch is just 8 miles west of Steamboat Springs and 1 mile off of HWY 40 at the end of a quiet county road. It is only one of a handful of large acreage ranches located so close to the resort. Since the 1880’s, the same family has operated this working ranch that begins at the end of Routt County Road 44B and opens up into a meandering valley.
