The 937 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/1bath log cabin home currently houses the on-site manager, who is willing to continue working with the new owners. This rustic home features a wood stove fireplace in the living room, solid wood kitchen cabinetry, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen & bathroom, covered Bonanza porch and stamped patio.
The 2,167 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 bath home is unique in the number of large windows and sizable sunroom with a panoramic view of the spectacular Sangre de Cristo Range of the Rocky Mountains. It has wood flooring, eat in kitchen with wood cabinetry, and attached 2 car garage.
The 9,800 sq. ft. multipurpose building has an area of 70'x100' that has been used as a gym with basketball hoops and as a shop for storage, maintenance, and repair. This building also has a commercial kitchen, dining room with knotty aspen walls, utility room, and 2 bathrooms on the main level. Additionally, there is a 3 bedroom/2 bath residence on the upper level that is currently being remodeled.
The 560 sq. ft. storage consists of 4 storage rooms, each with a separate exterior door.
