It is located near the community of Weyanoke just north of St. Franciville, west of U.S. Hwy 61 and north of LA State Hwy 66. Mature hardwood timber. Terrain ranges from gently rolling to steep hills and has several sandy creeks running through it. Because the property is straddles the state line, you can enjoy hunting in both Louisiana and Mississippi deer, turkey and small game seasons. The property has public road access along the North Fork of Ouida-Irondale Road but is still very secluded and quiet.
