From a family-owned small scale farm to a modern swine operation, capitalizing on efficient production and herd management to produce a high quality animal with minimal costs. This fully modernized hog operation was last in use as a breeding-to-nursery operation which can be retrofitted to allow for farrowing to market capabilities. The current facility provides for breeding, gestation and farrowing and also gilt production and development to support a 2,500-head brood sow operation, producing approximately 52,000 hogs per year.



Approximately 95 acres of land containing swine facilities includes feed storage and handling facilities, swine barns, waste disposal lagoons, back up power generator, 2 high capacity deep wells, 2 large (18,000 gallon) pressurized water storage tanks and other production facilities. Access to this unit is from a paved road with Bulloch County volunteer Fire Department satellite location adjacent to the property.
