Ranch Description
Triple Canopy Ranch (TCR) is a 421 +/- acre property located in Central Florida, which has hosted a variety of
“extreme” events such as “Mud Bogs,” “Warrior Dash,” and others. The site has hosted concerts, camping, and even
professional photo shoots.
Triple Canopy Ranch is the most centrally-located, off-road park in the State of Florida. It offers ATV/UTV-only pits,
miles of trails, circle track, obstacle course track, side-by-side track, shaded camping, designated family camping,
clean restrooms, outdoor showers, and Party After Dark entertainment. Various vendors including on-site parts
vendors lease space in the site’s centrally-located Vendors Row.
Warrior Dash is a 5k mud obstacle course event that TCR has hosted the last three years and is
scheduled to host again in 2014. Past events have drawn over 25,000 people!
Approximately half of the property has been used for the events to date. An additional 200 +/- acres on the north
end of the tract have not been used for hosting events but is available for that purpose. That area is predominately
improved and semi-improved pasture and could be leased for cattle.
