What's the land like?

It is a mix of terrain with about half being flat and wooded, giving you an easy spot for camping, parking an RV, or planning a build. The other half slopes into the valley, giving you big mountain views. It feels like a property with two sides: a cozy wooded basecamp up top and wild ridges rolling out in front of you.

What's the access like?

The road in is dirt but manageable with a pickup or Suv. Just a heads up: there are a couple of locked gates along the way since neighbors in the area share access. These gates keep the area private and quiet, but you will want to check how access is arranged, as it is often through an easement or shared key. Once inside, you are tucked away from traffic with no through-roads.

Utilities and Living Off-Grid

Power: No lines nearby, so solar or a generator is your best option.

Water: No wells visible, so you would haul water or drill your own.

Sewer: A septic system can be installed if you want to build or live here long-term.

What about building or camping?

Camping is easy here with no restrictions, and RV living is allowed. If you are thinking about building, know that it may take some extra effort. The dirt road is not friendly to semi-trailers, so bringing in building materials like pre-built trusses could be difficult. Hauling in supplies with a truck and trailer is no problem.
