Nice updated 3-house broiler farm in production with Pilgrims. There are over 27 acres of land, 2 wells, and a new, very nice RV that stays with the property. There's some pasture and a creek on the property. The poultry houses are 40' x 500'. Two of the houses were built in 1994 and one in 1989 and have been upgraded. A 40' x 64' pole barn was built in 2023 that is large enough to store lots of equipment.
If you want to take a walk around the farm call or text me to set up a time. There's no admittance to the farm without an appointment due to Bio-Security. Must be pre-qualified.

From Danielsville, take hwy 29 just past Country Superette store, turn right onto Manley Martin Rd, in half mile left onto Chastain Rd. Farm is on the left at the end of the road.
