The property is almost entirely forested with a great mix of hard maple, soft maple, red oak, hickory, beech, hemlock and white pine. It is a very aesthetically pleasing property with rolling, gentle hills, mixed hardwoods and softwoods and a flowing stream through the central portion creating ample solitude on this quiet location. The owners have managed the forest for timber over the decades and there is good value here currently.
