86 acre split of Sequatchie Tract 1012. This tract is accessed off Taylors Chapel Road and has frontage on Lewis Road which is a Public Road. Another unnamed road is the south border of this split. The splits shown on our maps are not set in stone so other splits will be entertained if they do not detract from the remaining acreage. There is approximately 25 acres of gently sloped land of which all is in 17- or 20-year-old pine plantation. These areas could be converted into farm/pasture after a sale and harvest of the planted pine. The balance of the tract contains 42 acres of 17 and 20 year old pine plantation and the remaining 19 acres is natural pine and hardwood all of which are moderately steep. This tract has excellent views on the top of the ridge by Lewis Road and could be possibly split.
