Ranch Description

This small recreational property is situated in southwest Coahoma County, near the Mississippi River. It adjoins a large tract of Corp of Engineers mitigation land on the south. Row-crop tracts border the east and west sides. 41.47 acres are enrolled in CRP and expires in September 2035. There are several established food plots, two of which have sportsman condos as well as some smaller ground blind locations. There are two moist-soil areas, one of the north end, adjacent to a small pond, and one on the south end adjacent to the Corp property. Both duck holes have slot box risers. The property has been historically used for deer hunting but does have the potential for duck hunting. There is an old house site in the northwest corner that can be used as a camp site. Electrical service is along the road as well as community water. Small hunting tracts are rare in the Delta but especially in Coahoma County.
