Irrigation water is delivered via the Newt Young Ditch out of Eagle Creek. The irrigated pasture land is flood irrigated and covers approximately 22 acres and is rented on an annual basis to a neighbor.

A domestic well was drilled in 2007, there is a standard septic system as well as a 1,000 gallon underground propane tank.
