From the Ryndon 1-80 exit take Coal Mine Canyon Road North out of town (2648, 2649). About 1.5 miles past the Gas Station the road turns into a dirt road (2652). 7 miles later Coal Mine Canyon Road forks. Take the Right fork onto Rydon Road. 2.3 miles down Rydon Road there is a dirt road that cuts Northwest toward the mountain on the left (2663, 2664). After traveling down this road for about 2.75 miles you will be about 0.5 miles Southeast of the property. This is the closest you can get to the property via established roads.

There are several homesteads as you travel along Coal Mine Canyon Road. Some ranches have Evergreen and other trees. There are a few that have livestock as well.

The property is in some sloping foothills and is very secluded. Vegetation consists primarily of Sagebrush and Prairie Grass. This area is known as a Mule Deer Migration Area. I have seen deer, badgers, rabbits and coyote in this area.
