This parcel is about 36 miles outside of Winnemucca and takes about an hour to arrive there. You travel 23 miles on State Road 49 and then the rest on dirt roads. Navigation will take you around some irrigated farmland before you get to the roads that take you to the property. There is no established road around the farmland so you have to follow the fence line if you take that route until you get to the dirt road in the center of the north side of the farm property.

A 4wd high-profile vehicle is required to take this route. I believe there are some roads further east that might lead to the property on better roads. The property is fairly easily accessed.

The dirt road leads close to the parcel. There is a lot of prairie grass and sagebrush in the area and trees are sparse. I saw rabbits, badgers, lizards, and birds.

There were a lot of tracks in the sand around the property and several burrows. I saw Scott as well.

This would be a great property to homestead if you are looking to be away from other people. The closest homes are about 1.5 miles away to the south. There look to be 3 separate properties there. One property has trees and other green areas. There are several windmills around the area, so I think there may be water that is fairly accessible.
