This property had been in the same family for over 50 years. It is a gorgeous area of Nevada, nestled in between the Goshute Peak and South Pequop Wilderness Study Areas in the Goshute Valley. The land is South and East of Wendover and it takes about 1.5 hours to arrive there. It is 20 miles away from Hwy 93. The roads are level and fairly passable, but do not seem regularly traveled and are not well maintained. Although passable by any vehicle a high clearance 4wd is recommended for safety in a remote area. The last ¼ mile the road to the property is elevated and overgrown. But on either side of the elevated road is an area that is easily navigable.

There are several old wells throughout the valley but we didn't see any that looked as if they are currently in use. Vegetation is mostly prairie grass and sagebrush. As you get closer to the hills there are some Juniper Trees.

When we went to photograph this, we came across some wild stallions on our way there. It was pretty amazing. There were about a dozen of them milling around about a mile from the road. There is a watering hole close to the property where horses, deer, antelope, and elk frequent. The former owner used to sit in in a chair in front of his camper trailer, and just enjoy watching the wildlife.
