The Santa Fe Trail is nearby and the wagon ruts can still be seen.
This ranch would make an excellent mountain retreat with the addition of a home or weekend cabin, or a good little ranch to run a few cows or horses. Considering that some of the best snow skiing, hunting and fishing are within a short drive, or out the back door, this small ranch needs to be seen.
