The property offers a diverse variety of terrain ranging from flat to gently sloping ridges to very steep rocky canyons with several natural waterfalls. There is a diverse variety of wildlife habitat and good hunting opportunities for whitetail deer, eastern wild turkey, wild hogs, black bear and several small game species.
