This property is in a prime location, being on GA Highway 83 only 3.75 miles northeast of Forsyth, Georgia. Planted pines encompass the majority of the tract with 180 acres being in 21 year old improved loblolly pines. These pines were thinned about 5 years ago and will be ready for a second thinning very soon. The understory was sprayed by skidder following the first thinning. The timber on 50 acres on the western side of the property was never harvested and allowed to remain in natural hardwood timber for enhanced hunting opportunities. Several flowing creeks are located throughout the tract. The deer and turkey hunting is excellent.
