Mallard Grove is comprised of 94 +/- acres located in Arkansas County on the world-famous La Grue Bayou. This is truly a unique recreational investment that allows the owner the ability to successfully hunt waterfowl, white-tailed deer, and turkey. With two established waterfowl shooting holes in the woods, one containing an elevated eight-man blind, it also has a floating duck blind on the banks of La Grue Bayou itself. While the bayou naturally floods a large portion of this property with seasonal rains, the land has been developed with infrastructure for waterfowl habitat using a system of levees and water control structures that make up two impoundments. In order to flood the property, it currently relies upon rainfall and the creek, but with minimal investment one could easily drill a well that could artificially flood the two impoundments.
