Description of property from Drone Photographer:
“I found the property easy to find with use of smartphone GPS directions that led me directly there with no issues to note. The roadways were gravel once off the highway(s) and appear to be (well) maintained; recently smoothed, with no major holes, “washboards”, etc. Cellular service ranged from 1-2 bars.
The home at 293 Russell Road is the neighboring property to the North of the vacant lot and appears to well kept and maintained. Electric lines were found running East/West along both the North and South borders of the property. Area was relatively quiet. The lot is private with nice views from the top clearing.
Upon walking the lot, I scared up an individual full-grown female doe (deer) and some local game birds (pheasant &/or quail) with evidence found of other local wildlife being in the area and even possibly frequenting the pond. There were also several predatory birds in the area, especially at the top of the hill, and they were very interested in what we were doing up there. I am not certain, but may have seen Buzzards, Hawks, and even a Falcon.”
