Lower Peachtree Tract

Ranch Description

This property is located just southeast of the Wilcox County town of Lower Peachtree as noted in the maps. It lies on the east side of County Road 35 which is a paved road to the north end of the tract. It then becomes a gravel road as does the east road leading toward the Alabama River. The property consists of a mix of loblolly pine and hardwood, and the volumes from a recent timber cruise will be furnished upon request. Note that there is a wet area streamside management zone on the northeast corner. The acreages in each stand are shown in the attached aerial stand map. This is an excellent timber growing tract which also offers good hunting.
