Ranch Description

This property is located in the Lynch Township of South-Central, Missouri, near the small town of Licking. From the front door, you will walk into the main living area and a great location to set up sleeping quarters near the corner where the wood heater/stove would go. Just passed that is a step-down and a smaller section that would be great to store various items. From the front door looking left, you will see the remarkable Mosaic window and clawfoot tub. To the left of that, you will see the large circular room with colorful support beams. This area is meant to house a large water storage tank to feed the household.

There is also a separate storage shed that houses the water pump, water heater, water filter, and plumbing to feed the system. The home also has a newer electric service installed and ran into the structure with several outlets already in-place. There is no drilled well or septic system at the property at this time. There is no access to any city utilities such as city water, sewer, or natural gas as the parcel is far outside of any city limits. However, being that the property is outside of the city limits gives you more freedom of choice of how you live your life. There are no building restrictions or codes to adhere to. You can drill a well, install a water cistern, set up a rainwater catchment system, or haul your water in. You can also install a septic system, lagoon, outhouse, or composting toilet. The choice is yours.
