Before Auction has concluded bidders will have an opportunity to bid on all tracts as one unit. Seller reserves the right to accept any bids as well as decline any bids. If a bidder is high bid on any parcel or combination, bidder will need to sign a purchase contract at the conclusion of auction. High bidders will be notified within 48 hours after conclusion of auction if seller has accepted or declined.
