Housing Information:

Seven 40x500 Houses - Three (3) houses were constructed in 2000 and the remaining four (4) were constructed in 1994/1995. The houses offer tunnel ventilation and are equipped with Chore-Time feeders (2 lines per house), Ziggity & Lubing Drinkers (4 lines per house), Shenandoah natural gas heaters along with Chick Mate Feeders. There are stirring fans in three houses, ventilation fans, and cool cells located on each side of the houses. All houses are set up for Brooding. The system is operated by Chore-Time Controls. There are two generators and four (4) wells, as well as access to county water.

One 54x500 House - The house was constructed in 2004, offering tunnel ventilation, and are equipped with Chore-Time feeders, Ziggity Drinkers, and gas heaters along with Chick Mate Feeders. There are stirring fans, ventilation fans, cool cells located on each side of the houses, fogger system, and brooding set up. There is a generator and the operation is serviced by a well, saving in water expense, but does have access to county water.

The farm contains 50+/- acres and Stackhouse. There is ample room for a modular home to be added and pastured area behind the houses is perfect for a small head of cattle or horses.

This farm is family owned and they have decided now is the time to sell. Seller will give a concession at closing towards upgrades in the amount of $200,000, with a full price offer.
