This is a fine property with a lot to offer. It has a couple nice pond sites that are tributaries of Black's Creek. One of which could easily support a 6-8 acre pond. There are several good options for homesites overlooking these sites. Although most of this tract is hardwood there are roughly 25 or more acres of older marketable pines. A good road system runs throughout this tract. There is a deeded easement that begins at a locked gate on Dale County Road 206 that runs less than 100 feet into The Upper McInnis Tract. A lot of this 167-Acre tract is merchantable timber of mostly hardwood. There is very good wood on this property so I consider this a good timber investment.
