Breeding pens are double fenced with a twelve foot alley all the way around them to provide protection from predators and an easy way to move deer from pen to pen. The property has four food plots each with a rifle stand, bow stands, corn and protein feeders. There are several small creeks and natural springs that have water in them year round for the wildlife.
