The 3 domes are joined by connectors which offer both privacy from dome to dome as well as additional rooms for storage and work areas. One was used as a pottery room and the tiled kiln area is still there. Another houses tools and equipment. There is no shortage of space here.

There is a well, plus a mountain spring water source which has been supplying the property for 120 years. Water rights allow for domestic and agricultural use, and the permit has been about per year. It is very pure and healthy alkaline water. An extensive septic system was put in place to handle large groups. Electricity comes through the local co-operative, but could be sold back if you wanted to go off grid but keep the line.
