Description: The McCauley Tract is a five-star recreational property, that was crafted with the hunter and fisherman in mind. The lake also draw hundreds of ducks to the flooded timber during the winter. The property has access off both Gene McCauley Road and Mars Hill Road. Recreation: Great hunting and fishing opportunities. The ponds were professionally stocked and managed by Southeastern Pond Management. This tract is set up to enjoy great deer and duck hunting. There is a network of roads within the property that allows access and provides hours of ATV off road enjoyment.
