The northeast section of roof needs completing. The additional metal roofing is included and on site. There is a drilled water well at the barn and it has Arcade Electric. Arcade Electric is the local municipality and has electric rates about 1/3 of other providers in the area.
There is an active gas well on the property; a well production report is available. The owner owns a home on a neighboring tract that receives free gas from this well and this is the reason the oil and gas rights do not transfer with the land.
