I am one of only 4 "Accredited Land Consultant" (ALC) practicing in Eastern Washington. As a 4th generation farmer in SE Washington, and a pioneer family. My great grandparents came west in a covered wagon along the Oregon Trail and settled here in Pasco in 1884 before Washington was even a state. I have the knowledge and experience to help clients identify their property, understand their needs and goals, counsel them through the process and the ability to accurately assess the properties. My passion is people and helping them realize their dreams. Whether it is dealing with kids and their 4-H & FFA projects, youth through mentorships, serving the real estate industry as a legislative 'key contact' or meeting the needs and goals of buyers and sellers in their real estate dealings - the objective is finding out the needs and wants of clients and customers and helping them to realize their goals and dreams.
