He's worked for a wildlife sanctuary as an endangered bird rehabilitation specialist, worked at the New Mexico Bat Research Institute, and was a Youth Conservation Corp Crew leader. He's owned and managed a successful retail/wholesale agricultural company and invested in multiple real estate projects from multi family to small ranch properties. James puts his family first and prides himself on giving back to his rural community as a member of the city council.
