I'm proud to be an ALC - Accredited Land Consultant recognized by the Rural Land Institute of the National Association of Realtors. Plain and simple, I absolutely love what I do. Originally from Northern California and an Oregon resident since 2002, my life experience of living the rural lifestyle working with horses, livestock, and rodeo and the extensive rural real estate education that I seek gives me a broad foundation of confidence, ability, and expertise. In 2003 I entered the real estate industry as a listing & marketing assistant and finally the transaction coordinator for an extremely busy brokerage here in Lane County. I earned my real estate license in 2005 and went to work as a Buyers' Specialist. I saw a real need in the area for a Broker that understands what's most important in real estate sales for property owners with acreage, farmers, ranchers, and horse enthusiasts. In 2007 I moved to another national brokerage so I could work on my skills in marketing and seller representation as a Listing Broker. In 2008 I obtained my Principal Brokers license and opened Horsepower Real Estate. I've gathered the knowledge and expertise to handle the complexities of transactions that deal with large acreages, multiple tax lots, farm leases, timber, water rights, crops, conservation easements, etc. I'm also pleased to offer extensive experience in the sale of equestrian facilities.
