The daughter of a third generation rancher and a long time Wyoming resident, but a Colorado native, Amy Smith brings a wealth of experience marketing residential and ranch properties. She has developed a well-regarded reputation over the last fourteen years with over $150 million in sales of residential and ranch properties. Amy began her working career as a teacher after earning her BA in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming. She taught for thirteen years in Wyoming and Colorado and over the course of those thirteen years learned the value of being organized. In 2005 Amy received her real estate license and spent the following 14 years learning her craft. She opened her own business, Frontier Home & Ranch Real Estate, in Craig, Colorado where she hung her Colorado license. In August 2019 she expanded that company into Wyoming and now serves both Wyoming and Colorado. Amy has a well-rounded approach to facilitating smooth buyer and seller transactions. She understands the importance of client confidentiality, detail work and research which facilitate efficient execution of buyer and seller contracts. Ethics, integrity and accountability to her sellers and buyers are her highest priorities and are what make Amy’s representation invaluable. Amy is a proud member of the WY and CO Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Realtor Land Institute and is currently working toward her Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation.
