Ricky joined United Country Neeley Forestry Service in July of 2017. Ricky has over twenty three years of experience starting as a research assistant, forestry consulting, and most recently with forest industry/REIT. Ricky was able to gain a broad variety of skills and expertise including forest management, forest certification, certification compliance/auditing, BMP compliance, rare species management & conservation, wildlife habitat management, GIS & GPS, research, alternate forest incomes, easements, appraisals, and real estate. Ricky enjoys spending time traveling with his family and outdoors, hunting, fishing, or camping. Ricky and his wife, Anne, have one daughter, Victoria, and three sons, Richard, Thomas, and Andrew.
