State of the art equestrian facility on 25 acres includes a 20000sf indoor arena with EuroFelt footing plus a wall of mirrors and high-end sound system. The 10000sf barn has 26 stalls, two wash rooms and a grooming room with vacuum, two temperature controlled tack rooms, full bathroom with tiled shower, laundry room, plus a 1200sf trainers apartment. Outdoors you’ll find a 125x250 arena, round pen, and six individual paddocks plus five larger turnout fields, with four board fencing. There is a 10+ acre gallop field at the back of the property.

The modular stall system is custom built with powder coated frames and tongue and groove yellow pine. Seventeen stalls are 12x12, five are 12x14.5, and four are 12x16.
