This property is located on an easement road that comes off of CR 609. You will go past a couple of cabins on the right side of the road and go up the hill. Turn to the left and go past two driveways on the right. The driveway for this property will be the next one on the left.

The land slightly slopes to the north as you come off the easement road onto the driveway. There is a big clearing with views to the west. This side of the clearing also has the perfect spot to build a cabin overlooking the valley to the southwest. If you enjoy sunsets every evening, you will enjoy this view. Most of the clearing is open and level, with a small garden spot already starting on the southern end of the clearing.

The remaining acreage is all wooded and has various terrain. The majority of the hardwoods are tall pine trees and oak trees. While on the property, we came upon deer about everywhere. The soil is not too rocky and has no clay.

The electricity is available from the county road but will be costly to bring it back to the parcel. This property would be best suited for solar with having an area you could set up the panels to face the southern sky.
