Wildlife/Hunting The contiguous acreage spans over 51 square miles of natural habitat that attracts a variety of wildlife including elk, mule deer, antelope, bear, grouse, quail, and chukars. The ranch is a hunter's paradise with 350 class bulls, Boone and Crocket class mule deer and antelope, and other excellent quality animals. It includes 8 each landowner preference tags for elk and deer, along with unlimited archery tags for elk and deer.

Natural Water Features The waters of Blue Creek, Cow Creek, Rinehart Creek, and several smaller creek tributaries meander throughout the property. One will also find numerous spring-fed ponds and many natural springs on the land. Cattle The expansive pastureland is both fenced and cross-fenced. It could run 900 cow/calf pairs or 3,000 yearlings. However, other combinations of the two are possible depending on the management. The ranch also has 2 sets of corrals.

Land & Location The ranch encompasses the North face of Juniper Mountain which is 6,500 ft in elevation. The upper elevations of the property are comprised of rugged terrain and rim rocks with a mix of aspen groves and juniper basins on the upper reaches of the mountain. The lower elevations of the ranch are a combination of level pasture land and rolling hills. It also has potential for a private airstrip and is situated along US Highway 26 in Malheur County midway between two small unincorporated communities. Just 5 miles west of the property lies Ironside, Oregon and 4.2 miles to the east is Brogan, Oregon.
