Spanish for butterfly, its' transformation from an empty field to a beautiful lake resort, closely resembles the metamorphosis of its' namesake. Mariposa, the 8th lake development in a string of beautiful resorts, will undoubtedly be the jewel in the Overland Lakes crown. With the first three phases of the development totaling 190 acres, making Mariposa the largest resort of the Overland Lakes. Phase One will consist of 26 lots. Sixteen one-acre lots will border the lake and Old Glory pond. Ten off lake lots will have lake access and use of all three beaches, and are our largest lots at two acres each.
