Teller Park Ranch - Parcel 2 Teller Park Ranch - Parcel 2 is a 310-Acre +/- tract of vacant mountain land that contains a unique combination of forest and open meadows. The elevation of the parcel ranges from 8,600 to 9,000 feet with the elevated portions providing remarkable views of both Pikes Peak to the east and the Sangre De Cristo range to the south.
