Ranch Description

The ranch consists of 160 acres of dry farm/alfalfa fields and rangeland. A beautiful 1500 square foot custom home highlights the main building site along with a nice 36X40 garage to the South of the house. A very nice hunting cabin sits 1/4 mile South of the main building site near numerous outbuildings and a machine shed. The cabin features a well, septic and electricity. The rangeland has a summer stocking rate of 6 acres per cow, is surrounded by great fence, and has buried water line and tanks throughout the property. The school lease ground also has buried water, which is fed by the well near the cabin. The school lease was renewed last year. Bobcat Canyon was named after rural mail carriers frequently saw bobcats along the dusty trail on the North side of the ranch. As with bobcats, great herds of Mule deer and Whitetail deer can be found throughout the property. Turkeys are plentiful, with up to 150 birds nesting across the valley from the house.
