Cochrans Creek Tract is located in Dawson County, Georgia, approximately 9 miles NW of Dawsonville, Georgia, with frontage along Highway 52.
Cochrans Creek Tract is just east of Amicalola Falls State Park- one of Georgia's most visited state parks. Amicalola Falls -at a whopping 729 feet- is the tallest cascading waterfalls in the entire Southeast. Chattahoochee National Forest is a quick drive away as well and it boasts a large variety of recreational activities.
As the name suggests, Cochrans Creek runs through the property. Of the 278 acres that total the tract, 178 acres are merchantable planted pine, with the remainder of the acreage is natural pine/hardwood. The merchantable timber provides the opportunity for current income. The stunning mountain views are an added bonus to an already impressive property.
