Lying in the heart of the upper Yampa River Valley in northwestern Colorado, the 570-acre Hartford Ranch is a well-located mountain property offering solid agricultural and recreational values. Positioned just outside of the small town of Phippsburg, the ranch is characterized by its rural surroundings and varied topography consisting of upland sage pasture, irrigated meadows, riparian creek, and sloping hillsides.
