Ranch Description

This productive property includes irrigated hay fields with good water rights, the confluence of three flowing creeks and rolling hills and grassland plains sodded with native prairie grasses. There are approximately 1,227 +/- deeded acres and 1,536 +/- acres of State of Wyoming lease, which totals 2,763 +/- acres in one contiguous block. The rangeland provides excellent feed for livestock and a abundance of deer, antelope and upland game birds found throughout the property. Numerous ravines and draws provide natural shelter and cover for the livestock and wildlife. The North Fork of Crazy Woman Creek, Billy Creek and Muddy Creek confluence on the property.
